Financial Analysis in Partnership with District Financial Analyst
We’ll work with your District Financial Analyst to determine projected education workforce housing development costs based on your selected site(s), as well as rental revenue potential. We’ll also perform a funding analysis, identifying gaps and potential opportunities. These may include certificates of participation (COPs), general obligation bonds (GO bonds), revenue bonds, selling surplus property for market-rate housing to fund construction, property swaps, or community partnerships with other LEAs that could help you achieve your goals.
